Laminate Wood Floor

Warranty Information

1. Precautions

Before we begin the installation process, please ensure that the area is clear of any obstructions, valuables, or breakables. This will provide our installers with the necessary space to work efficiently. Cupboard Value will not be held liable for any loss or damage to items left in the work area during the installation.

2. Warranty Coverage
  • Component Quality: We guarantee that all cabinet components delivered to our customers are free from defects. If any faulty components are identified, they will be replaced at no additional cost before installation.

  • Post-Installation Inspection: Upon completion of installation, customers must inspect the cabinets before signing off on the project. If any defects are discovered after sign-off, they must be reported in writing within 48 hours to our consultant (please use email or fax; WhatsApp is not acceptable). Any snags reported after this period will incur a call-out fee.

  • Moving Parts Guarantee: Hinges, drawer runners, and cabinet accessories are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. If a part becomes faulty, it can be exchanged at our offices for a new replacement.

  • Board Component Durability: We guarantee the original appearance of board components for 24 months from the installation date. Please note that this warranty excludes damage caused by water or misuse. Water-damaged components can be replaced at the customer’s expense.

  • Structural Integrity: If any structural failure occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the damaged components at no additional cost. However, please note that the contents of your cupboards are not covered by our warranty.

3. Maintenance Responsibilities

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your cabinets, regular maintenance is required:

  • Tighten any loose screws as needed.

  • Doors may require periodic re-adjustment.

  • Clean board components with a damp cloth or furniture polish.

  • Formica and granite worktops are sealed with silicone around sinks, stoves, and walls to prevent water damage. As the silicone deteriorates over time, re-sealing is necessary when signs of leakage appear.

Important: Please note that our warranty will be void if full payment has not been received.
